Nowadays people can't see more than 3 feet in front of them. Not just in situations like this, but in all aspects of life. People never consider the consequences of anything. Plus, some people will just take an opportunity for personal gain. Looting has nothing to do with justice, or reforming the police system. It's just people who see a crisis and use it for personal benefit.
