Basically I had some help from my parents with my BA but I was still 30k in debt. Now I am about to finish my Masters and will be in a literal assload of debt. My grandfather is really proud of me and wants to pay off all of my college debt. I said no.

It isn't fair that other people have to struggle to pay off their loans while I get everything handed to me on a silver platter. I'm not going to take his money. I want to be in solidarity with all working Americans. Why should I get my debts paid? What did I really do to deserve this? Why morally speaking shouldn't he just give that money to someone even less fortunate to me?

I don't think it's fair that I should be debt free while others struggle just because I have rich grandparents. It's going to be tough, it might take several years or even multiple decades for me to pay my debt, but I am going to do it on my own. I'm not selling my soul, and I'm not betraying my comrades.

CE is probably going to laugh at me but I don't really care.

I think you're making a mistake. Sure there's pressure and embarrassment at taking such large sums of money but if you viewed it from your grandparents place you'd understand that they're trying to help you out before they pass on and want piece of mind that you're set in life. That's probably the main reason they wanted to help you out. Also you don't know if they'll take it as an insult that you refused. Finally the monetary gain and hump off your back of student loans will be very helpful, not to mention that in these trying times with the way the economy could go it's probably better not to be in debt at all.
