I don't get this scenario. How is this allergy thing supposed to work? So did an ambulance be there just short before which brought the son away? Wouldn't you as father go to the hospital as fast as possible, too?
Besides, as said, if your son has such an allergy, you'd be super vocal about it and probably tell it in every second sentence when giving up the order just to ensure that nothing will happen at any costs, wouldn't you?
