Nah, I think Gheb (2nd post) was right, Without Vegeta and Gohan how would he get enough power to resurrect Majin Buu? Also, I guess Piccolo would continue to be an on-going "problem."
Wait, assuming Bulma can't find the Dragon Balls without Goku, does Pilaf get them?
Majin Buu would take a lot more time, but he'd still be released. Babbidi would beat Superman on his own though.
