As other said Graphics are more important than Sound/Music.

If the game has bad gameplay I don't care if it has the best graphics/story/music in the world I'm not going to want to play it.

If it has great gameplay but looks like utter crap it will be huge turn off.

If it has great gameplay and looks great but the story in games where a story matters is junk I will lose interest. Games such as sports games where a story doesn't matter then it's obviously going to be last.

Sound/music meh as long as it isn't terrible then fine. music gets turned down/off at times too.

So Gameplay > Graphics = Story(when applicable) > sound/music
