Oh I disagree. It makes it worse. There's an arbitrary standard set by somebody a long time ago before you were even born that you have to meet that for no reason of your own you're already condemned from the moment you were conceived. But good luck getting on his good side because this dude has massive mood swings that could end life on a planet and since he's all powerful there is nothing that can keep him from abusing his power. Oh and he apparently can be easily tricked to screw you over if someone even hints at hurting his ego. And he loves you so much that if you somehow fail him, he'll damn your soul for the rest of eternity.
