Talk to your manager about how they'd like you to handle the situation and what the sexual harrassment policy for your company is. You're not the first person who has been in this situation and you won't be the last.
If necessary they can switch you from a front desk position into the back or have a "talk" with the customers and make them understand their attentions are unwelcome. Try not to walk home alone until this situation is resolved. Have a friend or security guard escort you to your car and don't go home directly until you're sure you're not being followed.
