Depending on your age if she has no desire to hook up/date then just say thanks but no thanks and cut her out. As you get older at a certain point it becomes a massive waste of your time spending time with the opposite sex if nothing more then friendship is on the table. All it will lead to is you thinking maybe something will happen today when it never will while you could be out looking for others instead.

Note that this doesn't apply to girls you have been friends with since childhood or known for years, but anyone new you meet.
