This and fighting games were my go to's in the arcades and during the SNES/Genesis era. There's so many good ones, but I think my all-time favorite is the 6 player X-Men game. There was just something about going there and seeing that big ass cabinet and it was even better if you had a group of friends you went there with.
It's not the same on home ports or emulators when you can just press the button to pop another quarter in. Going to the arcade with $10 and knowing that was your limit on how many lives you could have, good times.
