It's just chilling behavior on behalf of the store employee. They are there to make the customer feel respected and treasured. All that was required of them was to use the correct gender pronouns and they couldn't even do that. Despicable. They even do it multiple times knowing it's going to escalate the situation. I hope they lose their jobs over this.
