Considering that if we keep the rest of the SPO ruleset the targeted merc can win by stalling instead of having to straight up beat Mac, and buffs/heals/debuffs are still go, I think that seems like the right middle ground between Mac winning against everyone for free and him losing to any random 2/week. Yay for community discussions!
