I'll watch New Japan the next time it's on because I love it. MMA is in every sport now.
You just missed two shows. There is another one this month, the finals of the Young Lions Cup, and then you have their biggest show of the Year - WrestleKingdom on 1/4/18 and then the next night is their 'Raw after 'Mania' with New Years Dash.
You can watch the whole thing on New Japan World (Less than $10 a month) or you can wait until January 6th to watch the last three main matches on AXS
