I might need to see a doctor if this insomnia gets any worse. Been up for 25 hours, still not ready to sleep. Got 6 hours sleep last night and 3 the night before. And not even because I needed to wake up for something, just because my body is betraying me and won't let me sleep any longer.

It started 3-5 weeks ago (it's hard to keep track without proper sleep) when I started randomly waking up in the middle of the night. At least then I was able to force myself back to sleep, but now I can't even do that.

And of course the whole thing is making it hard for me to make meals, which is causing me to lose weight again. And both of those are stressing me out which is just looping back to the lack of sleep, no eating, and losing more weight again. :s

Well, I'm going to climb into bed and hope for the best. Wish me luck guys.
