Why would he listen or care what one woman has to say ?, she is literally the kind of person you ignore and double down on support of the LGBT, and other movements that your store supports saying "no we will not bow to bigots, and we support our workers".
This guy missed a huge opportunity to get more support, business, and love from the people working for him.
