yutterh posted... I thought night terrors were when your half asleep and you see shit in your room. It's usually mixed with sleep paralysis as well. As your forced to watch the grudge come out of your closet.
That's just your mind still being half stuck in dream mode during sleep paralysis. If dreams were virtual reality, then the hallucinations caused by sleep paralysis would be similar to augmented reality. Night terrors do not require a dream state in order to occur which is why people who have them usually don't even realize it without someone around to tell them the next morning.
