I think tying Rosalina's strength to Galaxy's is a mistake. She is a greater presence than the game at this point.

She's been in the Marioverse for over a decade now and she has a "waifu" factor within the Mario fanbase and the Smash fanbase. She's probably closer to Peach level than the likes of Wario and Waluigi. Maybe Geralt isn't disappointing as much as Rosa is impressing.
