And also with the fasting, it kinda makes it hard to do draining exercise in the mornings or after plenty of hours of fasting. Last few times i did, i would get dizzy or lightheaded and feel weird lol.
yeah depends on your feeding window, could also be dehydration though, maybe drink more water, I personally train fasted in the morning, thats how I like it, I am not on a calorie deficit though so cant relate to your issue, probably get the workout done an hour or 2 after your last meal? or after your first meal maybe
