What prevents somebody from taking a male friend along and claiming he's the father, knowing full well he isn't, just to get a male name to sign off?

LOL. Still think this is a stupid law.
Also! I've watched enough Paternity Court/Judge Judy/etc to know that even if we went by honor system, the man the woman brings along and thinks is the father still isn't necessarily the father.
