I don't have anything personal there that isn't replaceable easily.
I'm out on medical leave. I'm not just gonna go back to see if I got fired.
If you have keys or a passcode or whatever, you "should" be able to go back even if on medical leave.
But yeah if whatever is there isn't important to you, then don't worry about it.
