If anybodys looked at Vice s*** recently they actually have some videos where they disabled comments.Same for TED Talks and some of the Ivies. TED was actually pretty pissed about it and lectured youtube in its comments, saying the site was too dangerous for free commentary and was not a safe space. It was a little funny.
I remember back in the old days when liberals said everyone on the internet would inevitably be liberal through the spread of True Facts and it was only a matter of time before Texas turned blue, and the only reason anyone hadn't succumbed to liberalism yet was because the internet still needed to reach redneck shacks where they presumably had no power or access to information. Whole lotta condescending stuff like that.
But now reality's hit and their social justice videos are getting downvoted to oblivion.
