Following an NPC while they talk to you. Just make it automatic or a cut scene!
You're characters walk speed is too fast/too slow compared to the NPC you have to follow
Scripted events while you're following an NPC or walking somewhere. Nothing like missing seeing something important because you weren't looking the right way.
