Yeah. When you internalize everything negative about a relationship and develop tremendous shame in those feelings, you need to do some exposure therapy and you have to really be negative.
theres a movie called Ordinary People from 1980 that deals with this in a way Ive never seen dealt with. Based on a book of course which is great.. Its helped me in my own life navigate through personal tragedy and may have even saved my own life. It gave me perspective and clarity and highly recommend it but its an emotional journey.
