His lawyer says that there's supposedly video evidence that exonerates Majors, but we haven't seen it yet. The fact that the lawyer did release those awfully sketchy texts from Majors' girlfriend after the fact but not the video suggests that he totally beat her down on tape and the video evidence still doesn't look good for Majors.
