How can your house possibly be her best option? Doesn't she have anyone else to ask other than some guy at her job? If she really doesn't have anyone else to turn to, there could be reasons for that. Unless your boyfriend is very close friends with her already, which I'm guessing isn't the case.
Not saying she's gonna burn your house down of course, but there's no way I'd live with someone I know nothing about. Just the whole weirdness of having a person in your home for so long, especially with her being significantly older and likely having little in common.
He better have gud reasons
