Anyway I'm having a rough time
I imagine. I've said this before but nothing scares me/makes me more upset than the thought of my parents' mortality. It crosses my mind often and they're both fairly healthy for their age and have decent family histories of longevity. I'd be an absolute wreck in your shoes right now. Thoughts are with you.
