I don't think it's Brother Jed.
Only reason is that Jed's signs are straight and to the point, stuff like "You deserve Hell!!!" . The main reason behind that is that short and to the point stuff sells T-shirts. Seriously, he sells his shit on t-shirts (see below). Some college students buy his t-shirts. NOT because they believe his rants, but because they think the t-shirts are funny. Unless Jed is experimenting with a brand new t-shirt idea (a wall of text on a t-shirt), I don't think it's him.
Looking at I think you might be right. I have seen Jed with longer signs, though. For reference, I went there from 2019-2021 and he might have been experimenting with his signage lol
