This is what happens at fast food restaurants. If anyone has worked at fast food you will meet a lot of crazy people. Whether it's drama between the employees or drama with the customers, sh!t like that happens all the time.
As for that guy, he's a bum is what I'm assuming, lives in a trailer park or is homeless, and he is obviously mentally ill. Him getting beat down doesn't mean anything to him because he had nothing to lose...and he was clearly asking for it.
