They fucked up but in the end you still got the service worth $360, so you weren't cheated out of the service provided, they did fuck up by claiming it was $275 though.
With medical stuff I just assume no matter what is I'll end up paying out the ass, it's a giant racket, fees and tests and charges, they can just call it whatever fucking number they want. And what are you gonna do, not receive medical treatment? Lol
