Someone says something in a non-English language, and someone else says "I don't understand what you're saying but I'm here to party/dance".

That part repeated two or three times, and that was all I heard before the guy playing it changed the song and I never got a chance to ask him what it was. Both of the singers were male, I'm pretty sure.
