This is the best one.
- "We have to build a wall because national security."
- "It doesn't matter that more than 100 people in the most crucial positions in government with access to the most classified information don't have full clearances after a year of acting in those positions. They are fine, trust us."
I'm going to guess this wasn't an accident and some of these people can't get full clearance so the admin was just hoping they could leave them in a "temp" status for a while.
