In the morning, I could see a shrine maiden in red and white dancing far above the ground. As the fastest among our group, I was long entranced by that most vigorous of dances. Eventually, it began to rain, and by the time I came to my senses, the shrine maiden had disappeared.

From: _Regaro_ | #014 She's a Stage 1 boss, which pretty much makes her the lowest of the low as far as NPCs go
Oh okay.
So its boring or what? Always wanted to get into the series and you seem to be a big fan.

Pretty much every mainline game is laid out in the same way
Reimu/Marisa/occasionally somebody else are the player characters, and they play slightly different.
Then you get to STAGE 1. Enemies appear and you have to dodge their attacks and shoot them. Then you get to the midboss, which is like a regular enemy with a lifebar. Kill it, it goes away, then you do more of the regular enemies, then the boss. You talk to the boss a bit (Rumia in particular has one of my favorite exchanges for this <_<) and then you fight, and it has multiple lifebars and different kinds of attacks.
Kill it, move on to Stage 2, rinse and repeat until you beat all six stages.
It's difficult for the most part, unless you're on easy mode <_<
And not boring. Frustrating at times, but not boring.
I am pondering if Regaro is being bad or being scum.

Owl and Luis are the guys I like least coming out of yesterday.
Owl was around at deadline but made a distinct effort to stay out of the fray. In that final hour, he sat around making inane comments (taking potshots at gravy and his flavor meta) but I feel no scumhunting coming from him. No attempt to figure things out. He also goes silent near the end, at the very point of decision, even though his login time was updating during that time.
There's also the weirdness of his position -- earlier in the day, he purported to be convinced that both me and Sceptile were scum. Enough so that he hopped very easily from Sceptile to me when Spiral nudged him. Did he think that we were scumbuddies, then, and I was bussing Sceptile? I mentioned this nearly an hour before deadline, and he was around to see it, but he ignored it completely. That says to me he's not a guy who is trying to figure out the truth, he's just picking suspects and hoping that something sticks.
Luis verbally defended me, and attacked Sceptile, but he was surprisingly hesitant to put his vote where his words were. I would expect more vehemence, and a swifter vote, from town Luis who believed that there was no reason to lynch me and that there was plenty of reason to lynch Sceptile (his main suspicion from d1). I think his dithering with regard to his vote betrays his true intent -- he defended me because he felt he could do no other and still seem town, since town-Luis would agree with my logic, but in reality he would've preferred me lynched to get me out of the way, so he stood aside from the vote.
His actual vote post is also strikingly ambivalent considering the vote is between his #1 suspect and a guy who he's been defending as town.

You seem to have forgotten all about me. I mean since town couldn't act last night there's no way you could have scanned me to feel better about me.(If you were scum, however, that makes sense.)

I haven't forgotten about you. But Owl and Luis jumped to the top of my suspect list after reviewing yesterday's events.
I've been looking over that conversation between you and Owl to figure out whether it's one scumbuddy pushing another in-topic, or whether it's genuine interaction. I still can't decide. But anyway I feel strongly enough about Owl/Luis that I think dealing with you can wait for another day.

Also, not that it likely matters at this point, and not that this will mean much for most of you, but I believe I've figured out the flavor split.
The culprits are those who cause incidents. Which is, for the most part, the final bosses. But not exactly. Shikieiki is a final boss but didn't cause the flower incident. Sunny Milk wanted to cause an incident and tried to cause an incident but wasn't strong enough to do so (which also perfectly fits Fett's paraphrase of his flavor).

There's no mystery about the end of day. I voted for Sceptile/Newer like I said I would, unless someone wanted to explain why Drak was scum, because I still didn't think it was worth the risk. When no reasoning from Chris was forthcoming, I put my vote down. It was only after I'd posted that I saw anything, so I decided to give Chris the benefit of the doubt and hold off on my vote. I literally didn't get the chance to say anything else after that.
I'm surprised no-one mentioned the lack of deaths last night yet. There can only be so many explanations for that.
It's time I come clean at any rate since we're massing and frankly we can't afford to screw this day up.
I'm Aya Shameimaru, TOWN Reporter. I can track and watch(One or the other, which is why I don't buy Dizzy) I also have the ability to post on the flavor anything I want, which I fully intended to do to express my doubt of Dizzy's claim rather than out myself. The whole town not acting thing sucks though. Flavor just talks about the newspaper, it doesn't really go in depth with the character at all so paraphrasing is difficult.
Also, I watched Arti night one, no one visited him. If he claimed blocked, we'd either have the blocker or Arti dead to rights. If he didn't, then we had a confirmed. Not going to vote Dizzy yet but yeah.
on the bright side, we have a lot more info than we should have. we should be able to read back into previous days and determine who's scum or not based on voting patterns.
Inclined to buy it because I don't see anyone but Aya posting Bunbunmaru newspaper excerpts and I don't see Aya as scum. (Theoretically it's possible that scum has a role that allows them to post anything in the morning flavor and they had Aya safelisted. But it seems less likely HGR would do that.)
Also it seems very much what Spiral would do with such a power as town.

5. No direct quoting of anything I send to you, including your flavor. No discussing or asking about role flavor in very specific ways (length, format, specific wording, etc.).
Let's not push the town vanilla / vanilla town thing.
(Also I once lynched a guy for getting the town vanilla thing backwards and he was town, so I'm leery of a lynch on that basis anyway)
