Han was all "listen to me han is always right" the last few games. Deferring to Scare feels like...its out of my scumbook, tbh, and the scumlist of 3 was lacking his usual "hey kill this person" confidence.

Uhm Han was scum in on of those games
So he definitely knows to mimic it as scum

Yes, new town (I have no idea his experience, Death points out he isn't a complete newbie which I think I saw something early on in the topic about - so okay fair but newish even) have the highest lynch rate of any town members because they make mistakes that people misunderstand. So when I get a town read on one it becomes important to advocate for them in order to 1) try to correct the flow of information into the game that I see as erroneous, and 2) let scum know immediately they have to deal with me if they are going to mislynch someone. The second point has a lot of good points beyond the obvious that I can get into later.

Also Red you've really not done a lot this game and you tried to get free flavor information which is such a scum red thing to do and also you kind of made corrik quit the game, burning one of our replacements on a corrik slot instead of a not corrik slot which is a negative for town so don't what the hell me you are not producing so far.

The Geno road is pointless to follow. He was already basically confirmed town by trying to share the villain information. If he is scum he has no reason to pretend to be "newcomer veteran". That just sends unwanted attention his way. Instead it seemed like he was as confused as we are and was trying to make things clear. Things still arent that clear, but like, why does anyone think he's admitting to be scum?

Ben is Town because of his playfulness, focus on finding Town over scum, and attempts to question people to figure out the game.

geno is Town because of his attempts to get Town more information on flavor (he may not be new, but he's not great either).

HB is Town because he's trying to work out the game in the topic while being open to listening to Chris to figure out how things work. Especially considering he's a ToS player, I feel he'd be a lot more lurky as scum.

Death is Town because of his reaction to geno saying Veterans aren't Town.

Jedi is Town because he didn't crumble under Corrik's pressure.

Pendragon is Town because of his intent to interact with the game.

Scare is Town because even as he was joking around with ben at the start of the game, he was asking questions to try to get a feel for things.

FD is Town because he tried to get working right at the start of the game, asking questions and being effective even before we really had any information.

I felt I was pretty clear. I assumed it was a joke, but I wanted to clarify the situation rather than letting it proceed with any amount of ambiguity.

I very nearly mason tested them when they pulled their ploy last time and I regretted not doing it after the fact.

I believe that a Town who saw "Veteran" as their only indicator of alignment in their role PM would likely be less open to someone declaring that Veterans aren't Town than scum who have no idea what Town's PMs were like. Death said he was shaken, and that reads Town to me.
