What are you doing to ensure you catch scum? Edumey is paired. Peaf is paired. If I am scum I can surely worm my way into someone's pants before days end. Your scum reads will all be matched up and day will not end how you want.

So why fight it? 12-3 means we get 4 mislynches before lylo. Don't sweat day 1 and have productive hoods.

I'm not saying we will catch scum I'm saying that as town I thinking trying to pair with someone who I think is scum gives them an easy out and you should be minimizing easy outs for scum.

And for what? 1 on 1 time? You want to interrogate Dumey who has been very communicative during the day phase so you can catch him then? Why can't you just catch him now? This isn't a lurker it's Dumey-- what are you going to find out during a night phase that you can't find right now.

The fun thing about a new concept is I am thinking up new ideas on the fly tbh. No idea if they are optimal or not but it's a neat thing.

I think hoods are important. I think night actions will be important. I think not being super omega worried about day 1 is optimal for stress reasons given the mechanics. You can be if you want but I consider this to be the preamble. If you wish to kill me today I will not fight it tbh. Just here to have fun and try new things.

Nah I'm just recalling that I think every game I've been in with both you and Chris, Chris has protected his sweet kohai from any suspicion. Just seems par for the course. Granted I wasn't in Elden Ring Mafia, so I didn't see that one happen.

Sultan I do have some small issues with you this game, but I've already posted them, and was going to let Kirby take the lead because Kirby said the game was too me focused recently. :( I can list my notes though if you really want. Has nothing to do with you looking at the currently paired people.

Good answer. Well I kind of know why Kirby was annoied with me. He was annoied that I thought him wanting to jump quickly at red seemed scummy. But I definitely missed him "memeing" but he also did a similar thing to Chris with his opening.

You thought me being hesitant was weird when I thought about Red. I answered why I did and I don't think you ever responded to it tbh

Like I agree with Kirby that several pages now were dominated by people interacting to you or about you and I was trying to give some limelight to corrik since he seemed to be around.

To be clear, I think your answer for wanting to date Red was the best possible answer you could have given, so I didn't see a need to pursue it. That early in the game, wanting to partner up because you thought he would be interesting to talk to is fine.

My notes regarding you:

1.8 Sultan says cool playing the Long game
1.60 Sultan says he's okay dating Red. Seems contradictory to 1.8, and is an easy date to jump onto because Red is likely to just AFK on the date.
1.72 I question Sultan's interest in dating Red. Sultan says he would want to talk to Red during the night, which is the best possible answer.
1.153 Lea asks if anyone wants to date her. Joke or trying to start conversation? Sultan responds but no real conversation comes from this.
1.293 MZero sends date to Sultan
1.300 Sultan accepts MZero's date. (Joke reason?)

Of all players in the game, it seems like you're the one that's tried most to involve himself in actually getting a date. That's not necessarily scummy, but something I've just kept an eye on.

There was also the bit about you calling FD and Ulti scum theater, which was the opposite impression that I got. But that's just a difference of opinion I guess.

I wasn't actually taking issue with Kirby's statement about things being too me focused. Treat the :( like a /jk.

Just in general I think it's good to not step on someone else's toes if they want to bring up a conversation, so I was gonna let Kirby question Sultan. But Kirby hasn't responded for a bit and I'm here with Sultan now so just posting my thoughts!

The only one that really comes to mind is when both you and Sultan were both scum, and you just gave him cover because it's your standard play. I guess I would treat you calling Sultan scum with more weight, because it breaks the pattern. But you calling Sultan town is something you would do as Town/Town, Scum/Scum, or Scum/Town. I can't really treat it with a lot of value if it's expected behavior!

Nope! A. Red and Ulti were first. B. I never said anything about wanting to play the long game or not use my date, so me accepting Peaf's date isn't "contradictory." C. And I do like the host updates, but I'm still gonna keep track on my own because the host update wont reflect things like the fact that red shotgunned requests to everyone, who who turned down/rescinded requests from who, etc.

Are you interpreting Sultan as responding to Lea's 2 pump chump joke, or to Chris early talking about avoiding pairing up early?

It looked like Sultan responded specifically to Lea laughing, then separately saying he agrees with Chris to play the long game. Maybe he was just making a joke about his stamina?? If Sultan was responding to Chris, I'm not sure why you would take Chris so seriously and then dismiss Sultan as just a joke.

We can break up any time during the day phase too so like I'll still listen to other date offers and such. If that wasn't made clear earlier
