I hope I can, I need to repair my PS3 and then but the actual game so I don't think I can get it day 1 as much as I want to.

If I'm not mistaken the PS3 version has lower quality shadows, slightly slower load times and slightly brighter lighting, it also runs at 1280x720 vs PS4's 1920x1080. Otherwise its nearly identical.

I'm fine with dual audio (I plan on using japanese on a second playthrough).

But the game was first suppose to be out September 2015 iirc.

I will only play with the English dubs.

Persona has the greatest English dubs in video game history (next to maybe MGS)

I believe the delay was intentional, to give some time to let the Zelda/Horizon hype die down. If they kept the original release date, Persona 5 might have been overshadowed by these games.

Sucks, but at least I'm getting the special edition next week.

Pre-ordered and ready to go. One of the reasons I got a PS4 in the first place.

The wife and I are going to play this one together. She logged hundreds of hours in P3P and P4G (... and Dancing All Night ), so she is taking point on this one.

And I could care less about dual language. The English dubs for this series have always been fine by me.

Considering the source material and Kojima's formerly close relationship with Hayter I always felt like English was the default for the MGS series. I actually just youtube'd Japanese Solid Snake and he sounds EXACTLY like you imagine he would.

I've pre-ordered the game and I never pre-order anything. Persona and mainline SMT games require absolutely no marketing for me to buy. I know what they are and I know that I love them.

I've never played a Persona game before but I'm in the mood for another lengthy RPG/JRPG and this game has caught my interest. I imagine I'll buy it sooner rather than later. It won't be on day one though.
