I love 1, but 2 was infinitely better.

For me, the real toss-up is between 2 and 5, though I'd probably give the edge to 2.

This for me. However it was kinda funny/nice to stack the Water Rune Pieces on your characters in Suikoden I and have a passive heal that outpace any damage the enemy can deal.
