Nice body, but there are no guarantees that she's actually pure and, with a body like that, it's hard to believe that she hasn't had at least a few guys. Especially since anybody who would get involved in a stunt like this would be on the looser and wilder side.

If I was so rich that I had 250k I didn't care about, sure. I think she's being a bit of a bitch with the 'I can rescind at any time', so I'd put it in a trust/get an executor in case she tried to get clever and cover my ass with all manner of paperwork/recorded agreements of course but otherwise, why not?

She's not quite my type but if I was so rich that I had 250k I didn't care about, then it'd be fun to buy her and do whatever you wanted for a night-I get the impression that once you get that rich, new experiences would get hard to come by so why not?

Even if I were rich I would still use my brain. Why pay for something that I'd be able to get for free? Even if I were willing to pay for it I could pay for sex with a much better looking girl than this. The "I'm a virgin" aspect isn't that appealing and her 'rules' are dumb. If I paid that much money then I'd own you for the night and we do whatever I please(within reason).

The wording of the ad also seems...off. simply being Australian doesn't explain her odd choices in phrasing. This alone is enough to make me suspicious of the whole set up.

Uhh, not really. That's how sexual consent works. Sure, you'd need to sort out how refunds would work in such a case, since it's important to be very clear what you're paying for (and "sex" is pretty vague), but saying that she should be able to stop a sexual encounter at any time isn't at all unreasonable. That's just basic decency; you should be treating all sexual encounters like that.
