Orgasms gets my vote. I love video games and would very much like to keep my legs. Orgasms are less important. It's not like I'll ever get laid but I'd be able to hynox longer without reaching orgasm. Sounds better than the alternative to me.

Would definitely not give up my legs for either, even if I was offered free prosthetic replacements. Might be something to consider in the future when the technology's more advanced. Video games and orgasms are both in the moment pleasures. Of the two, I'd say video games are easiest to get rid of since you can just fill the time with a different hobby, but if you lost your sex drive along with your orgasms, your productivity might shoot up.
