What? I don't even get that. Rafts are a mix of rubber and plastic, so nothing should conduct electricity. Unless you just mean she got shocked by touching a metal part of an electric lift while wet, which wouldn't really be the raft's fault.

The adults around the water gave her CPR in an attempt to resuscitate her as first responders used a defibrillator when they arrived but it was no avail as she died hours later at the Community Medical Centre..
Because the good electricity drives out the bad electricity? >_> idk, never really understood that. I guess the theory is that her heart stopped as a result of electricity and a jolt could bring it back, but it's still kinda counterintuitive .
