This is my poll

Let me know what you all think :)
Why would I want to wash the new smell before wearing them?
"You rat! How dare you sell me so cheap." "NO ONE CALLS ME THAT WITHOUT SOME CHEESE!"
Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first.
Yes, they're usually itchy straight from the store
They're lucky if they ever get washed at all.

This. What's with that? Dust mites?

No, but finding fitting clothing is moderately difficult because I'm tall and scrawny. Also as far as I know, men who shop alone don't try on the clothes anyway. If it has the right numbers, it'll fit.

If you are a woman, or at least a purveyor of girly clothing, I recommend you do wash your new stuff. Especially if you are of an average size.

Yes, always.

Don't care if they were just on the rack, neatly-folded, in a plastic zipper bag, etc. They get rinsed and then dried.

Most humans are disgusting creatures. Always picking their nose, scratching their butt, touching their junk, etc. And then they have the gall to try on clothes and if they don't like them, leave 'em discarded.

When I dry off after a shower, I don't want to put on a pair of jeans that some person briefly wore, while simultaneously going "commando" that day, or wiped his snot-covered fingers on.
In general no. If I think they may shrink/I'm paranoid then I will.

I have this issue with pants. A thin waste and long legs doesn't end well.

I always try then on if I buy then from a store because of the above reason.
