That's actually a harder question than I gave it credit for. I gave it to Jackie Chan because he's done more consistently good stuff over a longer period (except most of his work now that he's old, but it had to happen eventually lol). If I had to rank them...

I was just comparing like yesterday how significantly more impressive van Damme is than Seagal in like every way.

Ehhh... my fave options aren't included. I guess Arnold or Vin Diesel comes closest. I'll just say Arnold.

Pretty much, although Seagal's body of work is far larger because he'll do anything for a paycheck.

Why rank Bruce Lee so high as an action star? Dude was probably the best fighter ever in history, but he was in like 5 movies total that are well-known.
