Both My parents are Americans, but I was born in Mexico since my parents worked at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. I came back to live in California until I was 18.

according to the census bureau you are white. there is literally no option for "hispanic" or "latin american" because you are Caucasian.
Is this going to be one of those times when you pretend not to have a plan until the last moment? And then turn out to really not have one?

No I mean If my ethnicity would be Hispanic or Anglo. Since both Anglos and Hispanics can be of any race
