I'll never forget the Christmas that I was introduced to Chinese turkey.

turkey is great, wish where I live it wasn't just a holiday season food. (no talking shit like turkey burgers, or lunch meat)

but then again maybe its like steak for me, I only like it so much due to how rare I actually eat it.

It's good. I love the drumsticks, but the white meat is good for sandwiches, too.
And year-round we have ground turkey tacos and turkey burgers. healthier than beef, and I kinda like the taste better, too.
