Of these two options.

So for the "weekly when the show airs" I basically just mean you watch an episode on the day it airs when it airs only one episode a day at the minimum. I used weekly just cause I think that's most common for shows. But if you watch something like soap operas, which come out daily, that would be the same option.

For binge watch, I don't mean you watch an entire season in one sitting. But that you are watching at least 2-3 episodes or more per day. And usually this means the entire season is viewable. Whether that be from the season being over or just if it's on a streaming thing like Netflix and they just release the whole season at once.

And lastly, this counts anything that's basically a "made for TV" show. That includes animated and non-animated shows.

I tend to favour binge watching and normally wait until a series ends before I bother watching. Still I watched all episodes of GoT right up to season 7 and then watched season 7 when it aired. Due to this I didn't think that much of season 7 and hated waiting every week just to see a bit more of the plot. It makes me feel disconnected from shows when I watch them once a week.

I can watch things weekly, but I prefer just binge watching.

I prefer binge watching. I especially hate when shows run for half a season and then take a month or two off. The Walking Dead and Vikings do this.
Weekly. Waiting 'til the end of the season to binge watch, for me, leaves too much chance of spoilers and missing out on conversation on any particular episode.

Binge watching, by a wide margin.

Also, I don't binge watch until cliffhangers are resolved. That means I got two seasons behind on The Walking Dead instead of one.

I don't think I could focus long enough to binge watch a show, even if it is one of my favorites.

what? i don't binge watch shows, but then again i hardly like anything. For smallville i watched it every week when it aired, i couldn't even wait for it to come on every week. I could never wait for the episodes to come to dvd. But after watching it every week i did still get the dvd set. Greatest show ever.

The only show I've ever binge watched was ' Dead like me ', and that is because I am a sucker for shows about death (except Six Feet under).
While I would prefer binge, it depends on the show. Something like GoT you need to watch as it comes out because it's heavily spoiled. Then there were shows I couldn't wait long enough to binge but, thanks to changes with streaming services, I've started to binge more of that anyway.

Granted, some shows work better as a weekly, others as a binge. It depends on how they handle the running continuity because you'll have characters doing things out-of-character at times which you pick up more during a binge (Supernatural, for instance, frequently changes the Winchesters' personalities a bit to suit that episode's storyline).

Pretty good show (well, as those supernatural dramedies go). Shame it didn't last long. Also the movie was a pretty awful cap since it didn't really resolve much and had little connection to the events of the series.
