My wife played rugby for five years and back in the day could literally take a grown man down with one kick. Some dudes she knew were picking on her brother, and when hey saw her coming they ran away lol

They probably were. But thats beside the point. One of my female friends also does MMA and is no slouch either. Shes done kickboxing specifically for 20+ years.
