I'll get it from Gamestop since tomorrow is my day off.

They have both bundles for $350. Honestly, I'll probably get the SWBF2 one since I'm not really into soccer games.

I wish there was "case of beer" bundle.

The initial release date is 2018. It may be possible for a 2018 release date, but I think it would be in the later months of 2018.
I still have KH2FM, CoM, 358/2 days, Re:codded, and DDD to play so I'm in no rush to play KH3.

The other Playstation releases I'm forward to are:
Digimon Cyber Sleuth: Hackers Memory comming next month for the VITA
Trails of Heroes: Cold Steel 3 for PS4 only
Lost Soul Aside which is an indie action game

If it was PS5 and had more substantial upgrades other than upscaled 4K(for the most part) I'd be saying a different thing. Most folk don't even have a 4K TV so no fucks are really given. As for the HDR part well the base PS4 has that too so even less of a reason to upgrade. Sure some games get decent patches that allow a handful of games to run better and whatnot but all in all it's nothing noteworthy.

Something better will always be made. These minor upgrades however are not a must have so it doesn't matter to me. It's no different then having the slim models come out of most consoles for me in the sense that if my current console dies I'll upgrade if the price of the latest model is good enough. The only plus side I can say about it is options are welcomed I guess.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is very much real. Just go look at the trailers. It's slated for 2018 but as already said I expect late 2018 if it makes it out during that year at all. 2019 seems more possible unless they rush it like they did with Final Fantasy XV.

I see. I'm not talking about some deal you got or trade in though. Even though trading in and paying more doesn't seem worth it either. On Amazon the PS4 pro is $350 while the PS4 slim is $250. That's a $100 difference. The pro is 300 over here too where as the base ps4/slim is around the 230 mark with games so that's a about a 100 difference if you minus the price of the games and that simply isn't worth it. Needless to say when the PS4 pro first came out it was 350 for us UK folk where as the PS3 was 200 with games so whatever way you look at it it isn't worth it.

it has more processing power (which very few titles actually take advantage of), and is able to upscale to 4k (which is nice if you have a 4k set, but still not a huge difference). i have one, and i feel it was complete waste of money, ok?

It has a little more powerful hardware so games that are patched/have pro support offer minimal upgrades to make use of the updated hardware. Graphics can look better, even more so if you have a 4K TV with HD 10 but that's mostly due to the TV. Kinda like playing games in standard definition as opposed to High Definition only not as substantial. Another benefit is the improved FPS in some games so some games will run smother.

For example Rise of the Tomb Raider has three different modes for the PS4 pro. These include:
- 4K Visuals displays the game at the highest resolution, while limiting frame rate to 30 FPS
- High Frame Rate mode supports 60 FPS and 1080p, providing smoother and more fluid animation while exploring, and tighter controls during combat.
- Enriched Visuals mode renders at 1080p and 30 FPS, but uses the extra power on both new and existing rendering features to improve overall image quality.

None of these are major upgrades but they are upgrades none the less.
