I've yet to play both of them before going to AM2R so I cannot comment as of this time.

ZM is great, Fusion is okay. Fusion's setting is weird and the progression is so segmented; it didn't really feel like a proper Metroid game.

Why aren't either on the 3DS VC?

Btw, they need to put GBA games on the VC.
Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros. (Started 12/19/2017)

They're on the Wii U VC. Doesn't make as much sense, but I'm not complaining. I'd rather play most games on a big screen anyway.

I have fusion on my 3ds for buying the OH 3ds on day one launch, along with some other GBA games

They will never be released any other way as they came oit as a halfassed attempt to apologize for dropping the price by 50 bucks before the year was even over.

They could get around that by making it New 3DS only.

Zero Mission is one of the best games in the series, if you ask me, though it is not quite on the same level as Super Metroid (i.e. the greatest 2-D platformer of all time, IMO). I prefer it to Fusion , but Fusion is a slightly different type of game, and it is not bad on its own merits, especially in terms of atmosphere.

That first time when Evil samus follows you through the blast door is still one of the most terrifying experiences ive ever had in a videogame.

Shadow Complex is horrendously underappreciated.
I replayed it a few months ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even 100%'d it again.
