Yes, I would think so. However, I would say that there are some traits in which possessing an average amount of it isn't normal. An example of this is probably those interesting experiments where photographers take a bunch of photos of different people's faces and make an "average" face which sort of ends up looking like a weird face that actually doesn't look very realistic.

Pretty much these. Normalcy is a moving target among social animals and it tends to mostly operate at a societal level where one society's norms may seem abnormal to outsiders. For example, in developed western nations we don't eat insects.... but countless other nations do. For us, that's abnormal. To them, we're abnormal for not doing it.
