When is the last time you went? How often do you brush?
Read an article about millenials not brushing, though they didnt link the study and the stat they referenced was all adults and not just millenials. But it made me wonder about dental health.
I lost my insurance but really wish I still had it. I brush/mouthwash/floss everyday but it never feels like enough.
Also I just found that a dry mouth is bad for oral health, which I have a lot.

Personally I don't have dental insurance; its the only thing not covered in my policy. :/
So every time I go to the dentist, I pay for it myself. It's not a big thing though; just routine checkup; cleaning and polishing as I see fit. So it doesn't cost me a lot; maybe around $50.
I brush my teeth twice a day; in the morning and before going to bed. I also use mouthwash after lunch.
And I visit my dentist every 2 months.
I also do not smoke so I don't have staining in my teeth.

Got rid of dental because I figured out that it was cheaper to pay for X-rays and a yearly cleaning than to pay for insurance every year. If I get an X-ray and they say I need something done Ill just sign up for dental the next year.

i didn't have dental insurance from 18-25 though and i didn't go to the dentist at all during that period but i didn't have any problems with my teeth.
