Math is never an easy subject..but this tricky riddle is GUARANTEED to stump just about everyone!!

This simple math puzzle is not as easy as it looks because it's trickier than it looks.

Facebook users are more confused than ever after reading this!..but let's see if people can solve it

It's guaranteed to stump people? Is... is this a trick? It's basic addition and subtraction, right? -60+70-80+90?

I'm really hoping there's a trick to this I missed, 'cause it's kinda' insulting if ol' Ducky thinks we can't do basic 2-digit addition and subtraction =/

I looked it up just to be sure, and the answer is $20. There's no trick or anything, it's just basic addition and subtraction. This is even dumber than duckbear's usual "impossible questions"

The only news here is that a lot of people on facebook can't do basic math and/or follow simple logic.

How is this one in any way tricky? Its basic arithmetic. There is not even any algebra involved.

I used the same approach as you. I am guessing for some folks they might look at only the first and last values, $60 and $90 and think he made $30. That or they might forget about the initial $10 profit and think he lost $80 buying it again thus thinking he made $10 in the end.
