As someone whos done harder stuff.. Stfu. Weed is super easy to quit and alcohol isnt super hard but the addiction is still a bitch. Been there done that. Hell i still drink so I cant even say ive quit just got to a point where im not digging change out from couch cushions cause I just gotta have one drink. I can at least go a week or two without a drink

Everyone is different. But ive quit harder drugs and imo ciggs has proven nigh impossible. Stuff is relevant to what youve expirenced. And genetics im guessing.

And as said ive actually never quit drinking just gotten to where I wouldnt say im physically addicted anymore.

Absurd gatekeeping, god forbid someone identify that they have a very poor and detrimental relationship with alcohol before they, say, get arrested for a DUI or put others in harm's way. It doesn't take a catastrophic or traumatic event to trigger that. Not everyone's "rock bottom" looks the same and it's a dangerous mentality to try to compare as such between people with addictions.

500-750ml of 40% alcohol per day is a real addiction and from what im told one of the hardest to quit.

I work at a liqour store and I see people all the time who are addicted, and it isnt a joke.
